How to work with Flexmail
During this training, you will gradually become familiar with all the basic functionalities of the platform. This provides you with a broad overview of the possibilities of Flexmail and equips you with all the technical knowledge to develop an email marketing strategy.

- Uploading and managing contacts
- Fundamentals of strategic database management
- Segmenting contacts into specific target groups
- Creating subscription forms for your website (with or without interests)
- Managing unsubscribes with the blacklist
- Setting up interests based on click behavior
- Creating emails with the Drag & Drop Builder and Wizard
- Personalising emails with contact information
- Creating and formatting forms
- Planning and sending campaigns
- Setting up A/B testing for your campaigns
- Interpreting results of campaigns, forms, A/B testing, and contacts
- Launching follow-up campaigns from your reports
- Optimising your deliverability with email authentication
Practical
- Training duration: 3 hours (2 hours training + 1 hour Q&A)
- The cost for this basic training online or at our Flexmail office is €580,- (excl. VAT)
