    Advanced segmentation capabilities

    We released our new segmentation in 2024. We listened to your feedback and have now introduced 5 new parameters, offering you more precise targeting options:

    Interest-based targeting

    • "Subscribed to all of the following interests"
      • Perfect for: Targeting your most engaged subscribers
      • Example: Send exclusive offers to subscribers interested in both "fitness" AND "nutrition" within a single segmentation condition
    • "Subscribed to any of the following interests"
      • Perfect for: Broader campaigns with related topics
      • Example: Reach anyone interested in either "travel" OR "photography" within a single segmentation condition
    • "Not subscribed to any interests"
      • Perfect for: Re-engagement or activation campaigns
      • Example: Prompt subscribers to update their preferences and discover your content or target subscribers that are potentially missing out on interesting communication

    Multiple choice field enhancement

    • "Has all of the following values"
      • Perfect for: Precise targeting of specific customer segments
      • Example: Target customers who are both "small business owners" AND "in the tech sector"
    • "Has any of the following values"
      • Perfect for: Flexible targeting across categories
      • Example: Reach customers in either "marketing" OR "sales" roles

    Enhanced security: MFA via magic link

    Your account security is our top priority, especially since you're handling subscriber data. Our new Magic link Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of protection while still keeping the login process smooth.

    How it works:

    1. Sign in with your email and password as usual
    2. You'll receive a secure magic link via email
    3. Click the magic link to verify your identity
    4. Once verified, you'll be securely signed into your account
    Benefits:

    • Each magic link is unique, limited in time and expires after use
    • Protection against phishing attempts and password theft
    • Easy implementation for all users
    • Available on all pricing plans
    Release notes
    We recommend enabling MFA for all accounts, since you’re dealing with personal contact data of your subscribers. Simply activate this feature in your account security settings.

    New pricing tier: 35K contacts

    Growing businesses, this one's for you! Based on your feedback, we've introduced a new tier that bridges the gap between our 25K and 50K plans.

    Private beta: SMTP for transactional email API

    Developers, we've made your lives easier with SMTP support for transactional emails. This update brings:
